Bridge & Bolster is an Oregon based public relations, digital media communications, and content management firm. We bring more than 25 years of combined experience in the marketing, film, education, non-profit, corporate and entrepreneurial space, to our work. We believe in the power of teamwork. That is why we bring a team that has valuable life experiences, extensive professional training and several years of technical skill to our work as professional communicators.   • Rose Etherington

    FOUNDER, CEO

    After being selected for the exclusive Film Production Certificate at the Northwest Film Center School of Film, Rose worked in the film industry for 8 years as a director and video editor. She eventually discovered the world of entrepreneurship and realized that she had found her calling. She started her own business as a Social Media and Community Manager, and provided her services to several world renown internet marketers and entrepreneurs.

    Rose's areas of expertise include social media campaign creation and management, online business launch and business management, web and graphic design, brand creation and development, live and digital event management, high-end membership management, copy writing and editing, and video marketing production.

  • Michelle Walker

    FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF GRAPHIC DESIGN

    Michelle was born and raised in Los Angeles before moving to Oregon as an adolescent in foster care. She graduated with honors at the top of her class before accepting a full ride scholarship to the University of Oregon. Professionally, she has experience in retail and operation management and more recently, office administration, account management and client relations. Having a challenging start at life in the foster care system, she understands how important it is for children to have a strong advocate. She also knows firsthand the importance of education. She is passionate about improving children’s outcomes and brightening their futures. That same passion and tenacity has helped her curate important relationships in public education. She’s optimistic that with innovative thinking, the right temperament, and a well rounded team with diverse backgrounds, that public education can and will make a turn for the better. Making her dream of improving children’s lives come true.

  • Isaac Etherington

    DIRECTOR OF VIDEOGRAPHY & UNMANNED AERIAL SYSTEMS

    Isaac Etherington is a digital content creator who specializes in graphic design, drone, video, and photo production. He is a certified FAA UAV Drone Pilot. Isaac coined the term guerrilla media, referring to his ‘small footprint’ production style. His methods produce quality results quickly, with minimal equipment required. Isaac believes that the most powerful form of communication is a stunning image paired with moving music and a mindful message.

    When he is not creating, Isaac enjoys spending time with his wife, two explosive little boys and moonlighting as a Life Flight helicopter pilot.

  • Rob Staggenborg

    DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MEDIA

    For nearly 20 years, Rob Staggenborg has served as a communications planner, media relations director, radio producer, business journalist, nonprofit developer, and communications consultant, a Director of Communications for both public and private schools, and a Senior Marketing Director as well. His background is in journalism, public relations, media relations and writing, photography, design and multi-media.

    Rob spent the first portion of his professional career as a business journalist and news reporter, developing strong interpersonal and business writing skills. Rob holds a master of science degree and is a proud US Army veteran.

  • Jen Armenta

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Jen has a background in business and over 15 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and small businesses. Her specialty is helping with program/project management, operations, process improvement and business strategy.

    With an education in leadership and organizational development, she has a strong personal passion for helping teams thrive by working with them to overcome obstacles, stay organized, boost efficiency and implement positive change.

    She also has a diverse background in writing, which includes website content writing/editing, copy editing and technical writing for various clients.

    Jen currently lives in Oregon with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, three goats and seven chickens.
